New year's eve, 2010 has officially ended and I am looking forward to the start of 2011. Big things are going to happen this year, ignore the stuff on the news about defecit and cuts just relax and enjoy the moment of a brand new day. I have the script for Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 12, my computer is now fixed so I can return to work on my covers and should be up pretty soon. Expect issue 13 to be out on the 7th January and issue 14 on the 14th 2011. Julio Falkenhagen, co-artist and designer of Nemesis the Hunter's Mark has started doing the pages of the book. I may send a good bonus preview as a treat. Well, it has been great year and I leave you all to enjoy the script down below. Those who read the summary for the final two issues, writing is getting sorted for them and look out for Hardest to Survive film, which I should be doing very soon. There is a few things I have to sort out before I get back to shooting the clip, but I promise you will expect two clips shortly, an extended clip of the first and the new one.

Countdown to 2011!!!

Alright, Christmas and Boxing Day has passed and it is almost soon for me to get back to my studies. I am going to go out by saying, thank you for everyone who have been following this blog for the past eight months. It's not over yet, this however, is just the beginning. I have come here to give you a synopsis of what should be happening in Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 12. At the moment, I will be again busy and I have the computer back and it needs to get sorted out. I will get that sorted plus I have to do covers for issue 11 and 12. To everyone, I have promised that this series is going to be re-printed in physical form and as e-books. I already got a letterer attached to the project as well but it will have to be later on in the year. I have the outline for issue 13 and 14 sorted out and they will be posted on the 7th and 14th of January. I will try my best to get the missing covers out there as best as I can. Before I leave, I would like to give you a treat of what is to come in the last few episodes.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#12

The Dual Line: Part 2 of 4: Abandoned.

"Henry Jackson returns home knowing his loved ones are now safe and sound, but it is not over yet, unfortunately for him they are the least of his worries as someone who he has got a brief history with returns to the surface and is revealed. Abducted by the ghosts of his past, Henry is left completely helpless and trapped by the kidnapper who desires only to see him be punished by the mistakes that he made. With his powers nullified due to being subjected to drugs, he cannot recover from the wounds inflicted upon him and faces death. All the while, he receives brutal interrogation methods by his overseer about something he does not appear to know about. What is this kidnapper asking about plus what does it have to do with Henry? Is Henry lying and if so why is he so eager to protect the secret from this person? How can he survive this mess without all of his special abilities? Stay tuned for the second part of The Dual Line saga."

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#13

The Dual Line: Part 3 of 4: Scars that Haunt.

"In the penultimate episode of "The Dual Line" saga, Henry Jackson found out that his own comrade, who helped out with discovering the assassins (who attempted to kill his uncle was led by a notorious crime lord known as Mr. Braddock) turned out to be his own worst enemy. It appears the betrayer will stop at nothing to get what he deserves: a mysterious secret formula behind an organic compound for synthetic skin. Through a last ditch effort to escape, acquiring the data within the memory stick, Henry ends up accidentally endangering himself. Since the beginning of his journey, he is stepping closer to his chosen path and future destiny but which is it? To lead the dangerous life of a professional uber assassin or live one over the edge as a fully fledged vigilante? Will he follow his father's legacy, completely reject it, or go toward a different path? Henry must use the teachings he learned from his training in controlling his inner demons and then apply it to handle the situation."

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#14

The Dual Line: Part 4 of 4: End of the Line.

"Barely escaping the clutches of his father's life of murder and deception, Henry suits up and takes on the mantle of Shadow Man II and confronts the villain in a final showdown at the place they first met. He now must seek out his first love and childhood sweetheart, psychotherapist and pharmacologist, Shannon Michaels, to investigate the properties behind the compound before his enemy uses it for narcissistic purposes. A great battle for control over the neighbourhood begins as the sinister T.K. mysteriously survives the accident of an explosion, imbued with enhanced strength and durability due to recent medical treatments. From all tragedies weighed down upon his life, the urbane 21 year old Henry no longer feels the need to follow the legacy his father passed on to him so his future remains unknown. In the last episode to end this chapter, will Henry ever defeat T.K. and become the most feared hunter ever known? How will Henry ever move forward over his darkest hour?"

Thankyou and have a happy new year

Episode Eleven: Tactics.

It's Christmas Eve, and I have decided to let you know what's happening this coming year in 2011. The extended clip for Hardest to Survive is on it's way, followed by clip 2, which should be posted on this blog sometime at the start of January. They are finished, and only need are going through an editing process. Filming of clip three will start in about two weeks as it has been delayed last week due to the snow. I am searching for more extras, if you are an actor/actress and believe you have the ability to become part of the next auditions in 2011 contact me through my blog or go on contacts and send an email to: andre1993farquha@yahoo.co.uk. Hardest to Survive is now on Facebook, if you are a user on that channel search for the ads and be a fan.

Finally, I will send out a gallery on the comic book miniseries, Nemesis the Hunter's Mark on January 18th after Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 14 is released. Dean Richards has completed work on the front cover and it looks fantastic. Julio Falkenhagen, co-artist on the book finished samples on the pages and will send me layouts for me to pencil. As for the covers for the web, I will do the rest later. I have posted the script of issue 11 right here as a treat. My computer has not been fixed yet, so until I get that sorted I can't post anymore front covers. However, the person who is supposed to do it has contacted me and said it is ready and should bring it over by tomorrow. Anyway, read the script and have a merry Christmas people.

Look out for the first issue of Nemesis the Hunter's Mark, keep posting and comment on the work I am doing. Thank you, bye.

Episodes delay & Hardest to Survive update!!!

Fans, it's been a really busy week this December. I have just finished a unit in my studies and I got a lot on my plate for English course work, I just don't get no break. I can't wait till Christmas, finally, anyway enough chat. I got some more sad news, episodes 11 and 12 are put off for another two weeks until I can get my act together in sorting out my covers but my computer is still getting fixed. Damn, so for now, just keep checking for the covers on past issues they should be available very soon. The scripts for those new issues are being re-written and I'm working on covers for them. Okay, now as with Hardest to Survive film, the clip will be shot. Again, sorry for the delay, it would have been done quicker if the people who are in charge of the editing room did not let us go. That will all change soon, Ezee Media and Frontier Entertainment is cutting ties with Artefacts Edutainment due to complications.

Well that's it for me, I'll be back with more blogs. Check out Kbon Reviews in the meantime he is doing film reviews for 'Buried' 'The Social Network' and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. I will be releasing artwork for my upcoming comic book series Nemesis the Hunter's Mark, which includes character sketches, previews and concept art by different graphic artists' such as myself, Julio Fulkenhagen and Dean Richards soon. A teaser page of this will be out by the last issue of this web comic series. Get ready for the big hunt of a life time.

Take Care,

The Next Chapter...

Okay, people. I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that I am slowly working on covers for issue 8, 9 and 10 but my main computer is down which is causing problems. Due to all the snow that is going around this Winter lately, it might take some time before I can load them up. Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#11 and#12 scripts are nearly ready but they have been re-scheduled for next Friday. The bad news is that due to how my schedule, method, lateness and expectations of this monthly web comic is, the series is going to wrap up at issue 14. Don't worry, though, I've always planned to wrap it up in fourteen issues. I am sure most of you dedicated fans who have read from the beginning must of read #10 where I haven't put a cover up for yet. As you can see, Henry's character by now has got what he wanted at a price and in the last story arc of this series "The Dual Line" we see how he gets on in the aftermath of his battle. I am not gonna say my goodbye's yet, but I want to say thank you for putting the trouble to read my stuff I have up here. I am very grateful, however, this is not over.

I have already made plans to re-print all fourteen issues back to back in printed form which are written by me of course along with the detailed art handed to by Rommel Fabian with me covering the layouts and new covers and some others in my team doing chores with my book. I am not sure when these all will be re-released but it's hopefully in mid 2011 and I'm not sure in what format, whether it will be in hard cover/soft cover graphic novel, a prestige book or collected items. One treat I got for you is to look out for the new comic book, which starts a new chapter I call Nemesis the Hunter's Mark with the first edition of #1 printed sometime in Jan 2011. I already completed the scripts for this, I am working on the pencils with comic book artist from Argentina, Julio Falkenhagen, while I'll be doing inks, my bro Kieron Boothe is doing the colours and Rommel Fabian is taking on lettering duty. That's enough from me, for now.I have a synopsis for issue 11 down below and I will be putting up a flash trailer of the new series very soon. They have been story-boarded, just sorting out the program to use them with.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#11

The Dual Line: Part 1 of 4: Tactics.

"Two years since the battle that changed his life forever, Henry now has recently been cared for his nervous breakdown and is back at university. At 21, many of his friends and loved ones have grown older and he is quite lonesome. However, when an unknown foe that seems to come from his past returns with a message 'You lied to us, your blood will be paid in full' Henry's fate is now faced with the responsibility to bring down the mysterious T.K. before the master conspirator poses grave consequences towards the people he cares about and possibly his hometown. Meanwhile, his one time best friend turned rival, Ryan Mitchell guest stars this episode with Maria Francisco who has come back from her country in Puerto Rico, Carolina. Mitchell heads into the path of darkness after the stresses that inhabit his years are out of his control. With Henry unable to remember a fraction of his memories from the last vital points in his journey and is now the victim of multiple personalities - an entity known as The Shadow Man grows more powerful - corrupting the very nature that makes him a human. In each of us is light and dark but who is a hero or villain for good? Will Henry find the capacity to be the hunter who he is meant to be?"

Streaming....

To everyone,

Yeah, I got a few things to say here. Unfortunately, covers for issue 8 (I am working on) and 9 (coming in two days) is not available. I am getting somebody to fix Photoshop on my computer, without it, you cannot get any colour. However, the scripts will be printed as normal and you get to see the story. Also, everyone can find the synopsis for issue 9 below. I will be doing the editing with Jstaarz tommorow plus he is setting up a location for his own short film, Cold Outside, which involves an interesting tale about mistaken identity. I have no idea who the actors will be for that or anymore details surrounding it, but he will be able to fix the computer problem I have anyways. Auditions for Hardest to Survive is still ongoing, but I have two more actress' for them. I have yet to find roles that fit Lee but I have found the ideal actors who is playing Trey and Malachi. The names I will reveal at a later date when the confirmation is upheld.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#9

A Blank Slate part 5 of 6: Whisper

"Finishing up his training with Jung Kwan, Henry Jackson finally discovered his totem; the symbol of air, wearing the symbol on his dog tags everyday to remind him of his purpose: to dish vengeance or punishment against those who prey on the souls who cannot help themselves and protect the weak. Never before has Jackson been this focused and driven in accomplishing his goal. Now on the hunt for the marauding forces who threatened his guardian, Jackson decides to keep his uncle in hiding after he is well and confront the same assassins behind a powerful organization called The Commission. He is now confident in his abilities that has now increased over 100 fold and managed to supress the urges, his "Beserker Instinct" that corrupt his mind - wearing a new uniform - in ownership of his birthright. Despite these changes in heart can Jackson really be cured of his temptations? Will his powers be enough to defeat Carmen "Richie" Richards? How did he get to this point in the first place? Everything will be explained in the second to last part of 'A Blank Slate' part 5 of 6." One rumour is all it takes.

Thank you for reading and see yah,

Half Term Break....

Fans, I had a really tiring but good time yesterday, Jstaarz managed to edit bits of the clip and it is descent so far. It took some time for rendering but he did a good job. Editing will continue next Thursday and the preview should be uploaded on this site pretty soon. Now that I'm on break, I can finally relax after six weeks of studying. Speaking of which, it gives me some free time in order to update this site every now and again. I got some more news for all of you, I plan to start filming and principal photography sometime in early 2011. There's lots of big things happening that I don't want to spoil yet, and that will be something I won't reveal until sometime during the end of the year around Winter. If and when it goes to plan, then I'll spit out the news on what's going on. So far, it's too early to confirm but it involves a large team. For now, I will be focusing on the cover art that you deserve. Again, I am sorry it's not up yet but I'm a very busy guy. Before you cut my throat for this one let me say that Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#9 is out next Friday 29/10/10 and #10 will be out the following week on 05/11/10. Those issues will be key to a big event coming on the horizon, as I have promised, I will do some more images for my Bios page.

Ja Ja Soze: "Own Thing" Official video

Hope you had a good time this October, I will like to note that editing of The Hardest to Survive teaser will be shown either next week or during the weekend. My team have already started capturing the clips and we have to render some of them. What I have got to show you, to celebrate Black History Month, I've decided to post a music video on this blog by a well known artist called Ja Ja Soze, a Grime artist from Brixton. He is quite popular around his area, it features me plus the actress, Yasine Burell, who is signed up for playing the role of Shanna in my film. Have a listen and tell me what you think. It has been shot, courtesy of Mathu Ezee. The cover art for issue 8 of the comic Nemesis Dawn of a Legend should be put up this weekend but you can look at the script in my other column below. I had a deal with another graphic designer, his name is Kieron, at the moment, he's busy but he agreed to work on the artwork I am doing also, he is a good colourist I met up yesterday to discuss some new projects coming out next year. There's more to come next week, so I'll let you know what's up very soon like a flash animation trailer for the Nemesis and where's it going to go from there onwards. I got big plans for this 2011, for the rest of '10 it will be great. I will not be posting up that clip until around mid or late November because of work.

Good News with The Hardest to Survive!!!

I got some great news for The Hardest to Survive, I found two more parts in the main cast for the short film. Due to results in last weeks auditions in October 7th 2010, I finally came up with a few people who could fill in the rest of that group apart from the ones I have mentioned at least many weeks ago. I will reveal all of them and provide a mug shot of them on this blog after I release a teaser clip from the actual film. I have many options to consider those as extras and supporting characters, but I still have some more auditions to sort out. I had two meetings, the last one was on Tuesday where I spoke with my advisor with Mathu Ezee and Jstaarz on what direction I should take. I shot the clip on Saturday 9th October and my team will be editing the footage this Thursday. Hopefully it should be out by this week or next.

The web comic, Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#9 will be out this October 29th and issue #10 is going to be out sometime on November 5th 2010. That will be the end of the "A Blank Slate" story arc, I just finished the first draft of the script of #9, which is called Whisper. My tenth episode will be titled "The Pyrrhic Victory" and will end the second arc in a big way. Issue 8 "Blood and Bullets" has been released but I am sorry that I haven't finished the cover art for that issue yet. It should be up there by this Friday plus you can go and check all of my artwork on Deviant Art because I am starting to fill up my gallery with a lot of different stuff on there. You can go and see the link to it now on my site then I say I can get someone to post the cover art soon. There is another clip by Ja Ja Soze, a great artist in Grime that Mathu Ezee did for him, he sent me the link I'll post it this week.

Episode Eight: Blood and Bullets.

Fans, this is another great issue of my web comic series. We pick up last issue in a third chapter of the "A Blank Slate" saga with "The Yin and Yang" as Henry Jackson shot down an officer but it is revealed he only left a flesh wound on the cop who chased him down. He seeks guidance in the form of Jung Kwan, a Korean-American martial artist, who knows more about Jackson than he knows about himself. After Kwan informs Jackson about the five Japanese elements and that one of Henry's superhuman powers is to control one of these elements such as air, fire, water, earth and void. The mysterious tutor consoles Jackson that in order to master his abilities he must first be in control of self. But what does the elements have to do with it? Find out this issue.

New Covers and Breaking Story!!!

Above are two covers for Nemesis Dawn of a Legend #1 and #2, on the top shows The Nemesis seen for the first time and the bottom is Henry in an Afro escaping in the wilderness of the Amazon rainforest in Brazil. I have great news for you people who still are looking forward to my short film that is coming out, The Hardest to Survive, today I am having a meeting with some advisors to book more auditions very soon. Not only that, but test shoots begin this October 9th next week Saturday. This will be a teaser and the video clip will not only show two of the best actors who are portraying Nate and Remo, but it will be shot at the same location where producers filmed the last episode of The Bill. Richard Okeffe and Nicky Marshall will play Nate and Remo respectively. Just before I crack on, I have a synopsis for the eighth issue of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend below.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#8

A Blank Slate part 4 of 6: Blood and Bullets.

"On a mission to find out his true destiny through an unrevealed totem, Henry Jackson continues his training with his master, Jung Kwan, only to unwittingly give up on his duties and go on a quiet killing spree. During a crazy act of justice on the scum of New York, he finds himself chased by the authorities. If that is not enough he meets a questionable ally who has dangerous connections to the very pests who got his father on the wrong side of the law. With the police getting close on his heels, caught right in the middle of a supermarket, Henry must decide whether to go along with this stranger and escape or just act on his own will. Who is this person and can he really trust him? Is Henry at all safe with the company this guy keeps? Does this guy have some agenda under his bandanna or what? A Blank Slate saga rages on with part 4"

Hope you all loved issue 7, as you know, issue 8 will be posted on Friday's as usual. Speaking of that day Smallville the new season has just hit the USA. The first episode was sweet, those people really pulled their weight with the whole Clark nearly becoming Superman, the Boy Scout we all know. I remember starting to watch it when it first came out. I was about eight, good times. You will enjoy the next couple of issues to come, I haven't started writing the next issues after 8 yet but in the next couple issues after this, you will be surprised at the result during the conclusion of this second arc. Beware of this one for those who don't want to know what is to come. SPOILER ALERT!!! Issue 9 will see Henry on the hunt for one of the assassins and is hot on the trail while Issue 10 introduces a main villian of this story, which springs into a major battle royal and there will be blood.

Later everyone,

Episode Seven: The Yin and Yang.

Fans, I bring to you the issue that you have all been waiting for, my third part of "A Blank Slate" saga called "The Yin and Yang". Last issue, Henry ran away free through a bank heist by shooting a police officer who happened to be on patrol in cold blood. However, is he really dead? There is some twists and turns going on in this second arc from a couple issues back in number 5. Henry finds his father's stashed fortune and bought an apartment with some decorations added in his base of operations. Now aware of what he's capable of, Henry wears the suit his father fitted as the classy, super-powered, assassin called the Shadow Man. Though, it appears he has given in to the dark side. As the title of the episode suggests, this is his journey into enlightenment. I don't want to spoil too much but now he's getting used to his identity he is seeking a way to find out how to control himself.

Here's a sample of the script for issue 7 down below:

https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B602QQJcnSFcYmJlMjFlYTktMGM3ZC00ZTU2LWFkYjUtNzVlYjQwNDI1NmQ4&sort=name&layout=list&num=50

I will post issue 8 next week Friday 1st October and post cover art for issue 1 and 2, both have now been inked, scanned and ready for colour. I will release both of them on Wednesday together. Plus the flash animation will have to wait because I have not sent any more pictures to Jstaarz yet because I have been so busy concentrating on all three covers. I promise that once I've finished with getting those images done, he will send me a link to post on my page. The synopsis for issue 8 will be posted the same time as the first two covers are being shown. The eighth issue will be called "Blood and Bullets", which features a new supporting character who is going to be a vital idealist that is going to shape Henry's future.

New Updates!!

Fans, I'm here to discuss the situation with Nemesis Dawn of a Legend and other material that I plan to release by the end of this year. The cover art for issue 1 and 2 are nearly complete, they will come out sometime next week after issue 7 is released. I apologise for the wait, but issue 7 is going to be scheduled on 24th September 2010. This is due to a delay of edits on the script, at the moment, cover art for both issue 7 and 8 is now in thumbnails. However, the actual story in the comic book script has been written. Issue 8 will be posted on this blog with artwork next Friday on 1st October. Okay, that part is now cleared up.

I have received some confirmation for the auditions on The Hardest to Survive, of all leading roles and extras will be after September 29th 2010. As usual, the centre where the auditions is based is in The Albany, Douglas Way, Deptford, London SE8 4AG. I will let you know what times it will be, in fact, I should be having a meeting with them sometime tommorow. As for the T-Shirts, apparently, I'm going to have to find someone else to fund the promotion. I believe production will be shifted from the hands of my distributors who have been working on financing the product. The fact is I was hoping that the promotion would start at least in the summer, but since term is now autumn, they have not been very reliable. This means I am cutting a few ties with those who were supposed to fund the project and going to someone else. I am having meetings in order go forward so T-Shirts promotion and the film is still given the go ahead, it will just take some time.

Apart from that, I have sent Jstaarz more pictures for the flash animation, which should be right on it's way. I have also given him some mp3 files with the soundtrack. More pictures will be added with the Bios page as soon as possible. Hope you all settled down this Autumn and Kbon is working on the review for Prototype the game real soon over at Kbon Reviews.

Later everyone

Coming Next Week!!!

First day back was a drag, but it is alright. I hope my studies get better, anyway, I didn't come here to talk about my studies. I came here to let you know I have a brief run down on what's going to happen on Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 7 part 3 of "A Blank Slate". Now, by rights I should be studying but I thought I'd let you in for a treat before I get back to my work. Next Friday is when the issue comes out along with issue 8 the week after that. At the moment, the script is being sorted out and I haven't done sketches for the cover art yet cause I got issue 1 and 2 done as thumbnails and not finishes. I'll give you a deal, I will finish off the pencils for the first two covers and ink them by this weekend and post them just before issue 8 comes. That way, you don't have to wait long and I can get on with what is important, namely, my studies. Here is the summary below.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#7

A Blank Slate part 3 of 6: The Yin and Yang.

"Shooting a police officer during a bank heist, Henry Jackson gets even more deeper into his father's world of murder and deception. Meanwhile, as his mind gets clouded with lack of judgement, he seeks guidance from a Korean martial artist in China Town. Jung Kwan invites him inside the sanctuary and trains him in both Karate and Kendo, using the swordsman teachings and stratagem from Miyamoto Musashi as his Bible. It seems Henry must apply some of his own techniques from wartime's and learn the arts plus all five elements of water, air, earth, fire and void in order to earn his totem. Can Henry use this process to calm the beast inside him? Will he be ready? What does this symbol mean for the rest of his whole life? The Third part of "A Blank Slate" shakes the balance."

I have sent Jstaarz storyboards for the flash animation, so he should be working on them probably this weekend. I am sending him pictures for that also. That will be on the Bios page, I'm going to add more sketches on that section. In fact, I got three more pictures to sort out, but the two I have done should be uploaded on their sometime this weekend. I got a lot of work to do, so I best get to it and back on my studies. Also, I forgot to mention Kbon at his site is going to review Prototype the game definitely next week and the film Inception some time in October. Check out the website on the page Links and click on http://www.kbonreviews.blogspot.com/.

Peace,

Brand New Term!!!

Hey peeps,

I'm here again to present to you all recent news that have come up, as you can see I have put up another new film poster for The Hardest to Survive film. This, however, is just a preview and is not the final product. Auditions will be on the 15th September 2010 and this marks a third session as of this year. We are still looking for three more leading roles, side characters and extras. I will list them at the end of this page. The promotion for that is slowly but surely coming along.

Anyway, I hope you all liked Brice's music video. The crew including myself have put some work into this. Releasing next week is two covers for Nemesis Dawn of a Legend #1 and #2 plus a flash animation by J Staarz based on my design on the Bios page. There will also be some more pictures on that section pretty soon, I just did some artwork for them last week, but I got two pictures more as well. Since I just started back at college, it may keep me back, I will try to get them out early enough. Also, the synopsis for #7 will be posted sometime then.

Otherwise, here are the lists of characters for The Hardest to Survive available:

Leading roles:

Trey - (16 years old) Black Carribean. A student and ex-gang member who goes striaght, he is an old friend of Remo.

Shanna - (17 years old) Black Carribean, First cousin to Remo, she is Trey's love interest and relative by proxy to Malachi.

Malachi - (17 years age) A notorious gang member involved with the Rago posse who usually justifies the ends from the means.

Side Characters:

Raheem - A basketball player, he is friends with both Nate and Remo.

Shawn - He is the older brother of Raheem who ends up being the victim.

Lee - Gang member of Rago posse and Malachi's right hand man.

Anish - Asian (14 years age), the boisterous and rowdiest member of the Rago posse, he is a drug dealer.

Deveran - A mysterious (19 years age) Columbian assassin best at what he does.

That's really it for now, thank you for reading and I hope all of you out there have had a great summer. I can't believe it ended so quickly.

Blaze Barnation: "So Gone" video!!

Hey fans,

I'm back from my break and I have stuck to my promise, Mathu Ezee just handed me a link on my wall for you guys. It's a music video by a rapper who goes by the name Brice or Blaze. At one point before filming took place, I wondered if it would of been cool if he did have a catchy name we could say that "Yeah, we know him". I thought of the name "Blaze, I Got Bars!", something alliterate that made the rapper Soulja Boy add "Tell 'Em" to his graff. It sounds kind of good though, but I'll stick with just Blaze for now. The whole shoot took place at night and it was really late, didn't get in till early in the morning, but it was sick. The models were great to be with too and Brice was good to chat with. His lyrics are very addictive plus the whole location fits the picture. It was pretty mad though, man I won't even tell you what happened up there.

He's the sort of person I would like to work alongside with once all my projects are done and out of the way. The holidays have been so quick and already I feel I haven't done much. I go back to college next week, but this doesn't change anything. I will still be uploading heavy videos like this one and continuing the two main projects this September. I'm going to add some more stuff on my blog including new features such as The Site and Bios page. Those pages are being sorted out as we speak, I may add some flash animation and more pictures for the Bios as well. Anyway, I hope you lot had a bless summer time and now is really the time to get to work. I still got more work to do and have got loads in store for you this autumn. You will just have to wait and see. Stay tuned for more exciting stuff this week and the next, it will be something you deserve to get.

See yah

New Features!!

I have made some new features on this site, but at the moment it is under construction. I will upload more pictures on the Bios section and install some videos in order to get to know the characters pretty well. Read all the descriptions on that section to get a good idea of who they really are? Mathu Ezee and J-Staarz have been working on Brice's video, I have not got any confirmation yet that it is done, but when they upload it on my page, I will show it to you. Otherwise, I'm going to be out for a few days just chilling. I will come back very soon with more stuff.

What is Aggro?!

Hey fans,

I have some good news for you, the storyboards I am doing for Aggro have been finished and I am working on the series third episode. My partners are working on the storyboards I have sent them on software. It won't be long before the creative directors at Pulp Theatre Entertainment can hire voice actors for the recordings and release a viral marketing campaign for you guys. Check out the site anytime, there is a link to it you can find on the links page or you can go on these web addresess http://www.pulptheatre.com/ or all of you could really check out the comic book for Alien Ink they have on http://www.alienink.co.uk/. I will be getting back to work on it some time, but I am working on something extra special for you guys who are into the Nemesis web comics I posted on this blog. No, it's not just the cover art for issue 1 and 2 that I will be doing, but something else as a little treat. One of them I will reveal but the next I won't until the end of the year. The first souvenir is a chance to get to know all of the characters that you have read so far in the scripts. That is what I have been working on for quite awhile now and should be up there as soon as I get the other cover art done. The next issue of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend, issue 7, will be released on the 17th September and the 8th issue will be published on the 24th of that month. They will be up there sometime in the afternoon.

The other day was pretty good, bar the rain, I got in touch with Jstaarz and Mathu Ezee on a music video they did and I took part on their shoot and it was really great. It features artist Brice who does rap, he reps for the UK, but he was originally from Canada. He's a really good person and can give you a good laugh as well and is laidback. Hopefully, I can get the music video uploaded here real soon, I think it is currently being edited but I helped out with the filming too as well as lighting. Speaking of which, the auditions for The Hardest to Survive film is still going on, two actors have now been hired for the leading roles so far, but there is still room for more actors and actresses available to attend these sessions. I will let you know when the next set of auditions will take place in a couple weeks, but I hope to start filming and principal photography in two or so more months time. I am pleased with the newest addition to the crew, he is very bright, enthusiastic and helpful as part of the cast and crew. I am confident he does have the key to fit the bigger picture. That is it for today, I wish all of you the best this term. I will be back for more news, videos, music, talents, interviews and commentary definitely this weekend.

See yah later,

Episode Six: Criminal Minds.

Hey fans,

This is me again to present some more web stories of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend in this latest sixth issue. Last issue on the "A Blank Slate" saga, Henry Jackson found himself attacked by forces who are strangely after him. If you were listening carefully about two issues back you would have been given hints as to what for. Well apparently, his father has been mixed up in a large mess in his assassin days and he may have paid the price. Now they have come to claim his son, but what for? And why did I draw out a guy in a Kevlar suit with a gun on the front cover? Well just have a read on the link below and you may find out. I will post some more cover art for issue 1 and 2 as well but I am busy with a lot of other stuff in the meantime. I should have the two covers done by either next week or the week after. It depends on my schedule as I can be a very busy man, but I promise I will get them done for you lot soon enough. On the weekend or Monday I may post up a video that the rest of the Go Wonders! team are doing so I can give you a little treat with that.

Anyway, I'm off.

See you later,

What's New?!

Hey fans,

This is your entertainer, Lil Dre, coming back with some more stuff. I am trying to sort out the next audition for my short film and I'm just going to have to wait until they get back to me. I just came to give you a synopsis of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#6, coming out this Friday. I am going to start the art for that pretty soon, but the story is sorted. I hope you all like #5 though as this is when things really start to pick up. In this issue you found Henry under attack by assassins who were after him and his own uncle getting caught in the crossfire. Wait till the next issue, though, you'll be shocked.

Anyway, this is not just what I came here to discuss about. It's about some animation I'm doing for a media studio. As I said to you last time, I'm working on something called Aggro, I am not going to spoil anything for you but I will tell you the basic idea around it. I am working for some really good people at the publishing house and we are trying to bring to you some really cool stuff. At the moment, we are sorting out the animators. You can expect separate parts of the plots put together in one storyline and this will be a teenage drama. I'm not given anything else, you just have to wait.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#6

A Blank Slate part 2 of 6: Criminal Minds

"After the raid in his own home, Henry immerses himself in the world of murder and deception, he intends to put his whole powers to the test. In response to it, he prepares to don the mantle of his father's alias, "The Shadow Man", a legendary warrior of New York. To do this, he is willing to do anything in order to get his revenge. Now that he has learned about his origins he now has an understanding of what he is capable of and that within his genes holds a crave, "Berserker Instinct", a sense which ties with all of his amazing feats, but with both good and bad aspects. The search for the other assassins continues with the second part of "A Blank Slate". Can he overcome the temptations his powers bring him or totally lose himself?"

Episode Five: The New Threat.

Hey people,

I have the beginning of a brand new story arc called "A Blank Slate" part 1 of 6 and check out the cover art in Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#5 with the title of the episode being "The New Threat". Last time, Henry Jackson confronted his uncle, Phillip, back home in New York after his best friend, Raphael Hagen escorted him back to his residence from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Phillip mentioned to his nephew his brother was a professional assassin going by the alias, the Shadow Man, who affiliated with a thousand years old secret society known only as The Commission. After filling him in about this discovery, Henry told him about his extraordinary powers and abilities, which implies he may have inherited them from his father. In the meantime, two assassins observe them and target the two under a snipe gun. A government agent hides and watches to stop them, but is pulled back from his duty by his superior. This is what happened last time in "The Forthcoming" saga. Now the second chapter starts. The link to the script is below.

The Hardest to Survive auditions

Yesterday was a long day as I had many actors/actresses coming to me for auditions on my short film I am making this summer, some have been off, few have convinced me to give them the role and only one in particular have been good enough to be an addition to the crew. It has been all well, I'm really liking how things are turning out so far. Apart from that, behind the scenes have started going to that up and down trend with the creativity of my work. Don't worry people, I will make sure that this will be one of the best crime film's this year and will turn out better than your expectations. I will do another audition in the next few weeks, I will try book that later at the moment we are still trying to find actors who can fill the part of the leading roles. I will do cameos at some other date, but the promotion is getting sorted but I still got more things to sort before we hit production. I will reveal who is chosen for the roles soon, as some could not make the first audition.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#5 will be posted up on this blog tommorow sometime in the evening or afternoon. The script have been finished and is ready, plus the cover art is finished being inked and ready for digital colouring. There will be a synopsis for issue 6 two days before the launch date on the 20th August 2010 and I will try get out #1 and #2 as cover art after #6 has been released. Thumbnails for them have been completed but the finished pencils have not been done yet. As for the T-shirts, I am trying to get all of them sorted out. Kbon is working on another review, this time, this is for the Predators film and it should not be long before he will post the review on his blog pretty soon on http://www.kbonreviews.blogspot.com/. The animation I am working on is called Aggro and that's all I'm going to tell you about it. At the moment we have started doing the animatics for it, but I will let you know more from this sooner than you think.

It's a new day!!

Yes it's a new day,

A few of you have engaged in the roles that will be shown in my short film, The Hardest to Survive, but there maybe another seperate audition that can take place in the next few weeks. The first audition is about to happen on Wednesday 11th August 2010. I will let you know how the auditions went and when the next one is. I told you about some animation I'm working on last time and I've half done the storyboards for that for the first episode, but let me tell you this: storyboards for animation is different to storyboards for live action. I won't get into the details, but it's hard work cause your dealing with creating a world your characters live in.

I just did re-writes for the scripts of the Nemesis Dawn of a Legend comic and did thumbnails for the first two issues of cover art for #1,#2 and did issue 5 and 6. I will start pencilling and inking my latest ones for you, which is going to be released on 13th and 20th August. Don't forget, the promotions of both my film and comic are still going up, Jstaarz and Mathu Ezee are sorting out all the printing of the T-Shirts as we speak and discussed selling them online. I will let you know more about how it's going later, but remember the four steps I told you in order to get them. Anyway, as I said before let me know what you like about them and just stay tuned for the comic books I put out and the merchandise. Kbon might be doing a review on his site for that Predators film remake or the Prototype game, so go check that out on http://www.kbonreviews.blogspot.com/. I'll be back soon.

Concept for Main Title...

Hey fans,

This is me again and it's now the start of August. Last week I sent out a casting call for actors to be part of the most anticipated film of all time and it is coming along fine, I just finished searching the locations for The Hardest to Survive and now it's just down to auditions. So far, we have found a few actors and actresses who could play the roles of the main characters (see Casting Call for Film) but the spaces are still open for any volunteers with some drama experience. Anyway, at that time, I was busy on the computer at my work place in the production office doing work for some creative directors on some animation in storyboards, which I still got to do (sighs). While I did that, I began working on a good title for my short film and here's the logo for it above, it's not the final version and I still got more work to do but I thought I might as well share it with you.

I just finished the script for Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#5 and I am about to do #6, in the meantime, the covers for issue 1 and 2 will be put up on this blog very soon. I will start doing rough sketches of them and probably release them before or after the upcoming issues come out. Have a good read out of the comic and I do feel I am learning as I go along so don't worry I only do what's best for the audience. I got a treat for everyone in the next couple weeks but I won't tell you what it is just stay tuned in order to find out. I will let you in on a clue, it does have something to do with Nemesis, but that's really it. You will just have to find out for yourself. As for the animation I am working on just check out Pulp Theatre Entertainment and their Pressure Comics brand for Channel 4, it's got something to do with that and at the moment, it's in pre-production. I'll tell you more about it later. Check out the link for Alien Ink as well on my links page.

Remember, the audition for The Hardest to Survive is on August 11th just follow the steps I said in my last couple blogs and you should be fine. It takes place at this address in the Albany in Deptford, Douglas Way, London SE8 4AG. Keep blogging and follow me on the sweepstakes that I put out every week. I will also let you know how the auditions for those who just want to sit back and watch the show. That won't be for awhile, but I'll let you know.

See yah.

What's Next?!

How's the holidays going?

We are already near the end of July and the heat is beginning to subside, while you have been mainly relaxing or going out, I've had a couple breaks while some of my free time goes to what I'm doing on this site. Tell me what you think of the cover for issue 4 of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend, I'm currently writing the script for issue 5, so be on the look out for that this August as this new chapter kicks off a whole different ball game. My friend, Kbon is back doing more reviews for video games, films, music and others. He did Drake's album two weeks ago and is doing one on Phoenix, a Hip Hop artist. I think he'll be doing another one back onto films, but he did say to me at some point he's going to start reviewing on video games pretty soon. Check them out on http://www.kbonreviews.blogspot.com/.

For the movie that I'm directing, The Hardest to Survive, let me know if you want to be a part of it, I will send you some information on how to become one of the leading roles. I am casting the main characters first before I get into cameos, if you are chosen to be part of the lead you will be paid and all of you will be accomodated with food in between shoots. There will be a promotion going on with the T-Shirts some time during the auditions on August 11th 2010. Remember, all you have to do to get involved is 1. On my blog just click "Follow" and keep being part of the blog I've set up 2. Support the projects I'm doing and comment 3. Spread out to as many friends or family that you know like this 4. Send me your email address and number (optional) to find out how to get the T-Shirts or contact me on this site.

Interlude II.

Everyone,

I appreciate most of you who have been following this blog, Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 4 is going to be re-released with the cover art sometime on Wednesday. The colour has been worked on just not completely finished. I need Adobe Photoshop CS5 to apply it, I have limited access to it, which is why it is taking so long. Those who use Photoshop knows how much work it really is designing stuff on this it does not work with a simple brush. There are layers you have to go under to make it right. Anyway, enough tech rubbish, I have for you a preview of issue 5 and have some more news for you. I am about to have a meeting about T-Shirts for promotions on my film The Hardest to Survive and Nemesis Dawn of a Legend comic book. Plus I discussed with the DP Mathu Ezee about the locations for the crime thriller, I am about to do some auditions for the film as well. I am hoping to begin shooting possibly in August this year. At the moment, we're looking for those who can fill the main characters. If your interested there will be an ad posted on Facebook about where you can audition. I will give you the details later.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#5

A Blank Slate part 1 of 6: The New Threat.

"Coming to terms with his abilities and his late father's secret, Henry trains his body and mind to keep his inner demons locked in the closet. He attempts to learn more about what his family did before they died. However, before Henry must enter the world of murder and deception started by his father, his uncle is caught in the crosshares of a sniper gun by a mysterious new threat. Now that someone who was supposed to protect both targets is now relived of his duties, Henry is now left alone to fend only for himself. Can he save his uncle and last remaining key to his secret inheritance? Why are these assassins trying to hunt him? For what purpose and who is their boss who is in charge of it? The first part of "A Blank Slate" leaves the story open as Henry goes through a journey and decides on a path set out for him."

The auditions for The Hardest to Survive don't start as we are preparing for the shoot first and we'll let you know when and where it takes place. I will release a casting call on the role of the characters pretty soon, we are looking for those who have drama experience and not requiring cameos at the moment. Here is a synopsis of the movie, it's about five teenagers who are drawn in the life of crime in a gritty South East London.

'When you reach a certain age there are certain rules that apply. The respect you put out there means everything. Now in this day and age those same rules do not stick anymore the way pen to paper does. Remo and Nate were best friends until times changed as the violence drew near and made thick blood trails between them'

'Remo joins Trey, a sharp and clever teenager in a gang, headed by ruthless gang leader, Malachi, which leads to drastic consequences. Soon all they are then able to do is fend only for their selves, reunited with Shanna. All learn that the harder they push the harder it is to survive in a dog eat dog world and it is not only muscle that carry you places but the brains'.

Episode Four: Discovery.

What's good,

I got something for all of you fans out there, the cover art and the script for my web comic book, Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 4, this is the last part of the story arc "The Forthcoming". However, this is not the end of Henry Jackson's adventure for as the title suggests his discovery begins with a journey into the deep bones of himself and we find out how whole Henry is, whether this guy is a hero or villain and what is his ties with his origins. It sets up the stage for the new story arc "A Blank Slate", which spans a total of six issues. I will send a synopsis of the 5th issue sometime next week. The 5th and 6th issue of the series will be released on the 13th and 20th August 2010. The link for the script of this issue is down below.

Black Diamond Official video "Problems We Face".

People,

As you know I'm not only a writer, artist and director but I'm also an actor as well. This is added to my list of job roles. I said that I would send you the clip of the music video by Black Diamond, she is an inspirational soul artist and her voice is beautiful. She inspired me not only because of her lyrics but it's because she is relating to things which is current today. This might end up on something very special in the rental store out there. I know you lot out there are guilty enough to go and download something like that for free! Too bad, I can't blame you. The director is my good bredgin, Mathu Ezee and I starred in this cause he was looking for someone who could pass as a drug dealer to play in this video. I gladly agreed. Lucky for him though, the shoot was really tiring and took place in the hot baked sun in the area Elephant and Castle. It's about a young man (me) who is dealing with a junky and he is double crossed and is faced with getting what is his (the drugs and money) or just being with his mother and leaving the hood life behind.

Enjoy

Interlude.

Hey fans,

I hope you enjoyed Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 3, a lot of you have been reading it and I would like to know what all you lot think. I'll be putting out issue 4 this Friday, in fact, I finished inking the cover art on Monday and it's about to be in colour. Tell me what you think of the issues so far, I've been hearing some positive comments recently and thank all of you for that. I want some constructive criticism on the work I am doing, if you don't like it, tell me why you don't like it and I'll make some improvements. People learn everyday and I'm still learning so I'll be grateful if you all can do that.

Plus, what do you think of the video I posted last week of the Go Wonders! team, they are well imaginative and creative friends of mine. Those are the people who will be part of making the film and T-Shirt designs. I will release another video on this blog, which is Matthew Ezee's work. He does music videos and films and he's really good at what he does, look out for that some time this week or the next. There will be some extras and some other cool bits in it you may like. This, in particular, is a music video of a singer, the same to whom I acted as her son. I don't know what it's called and the last I chat to Matt, he said he was editing it so keep checking this site for the music video. It'll be live.

See ya

News and Updates for July!!

Hey fans,

The cover art for Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 3 is nearly done, sorry it's taking this long to sort it out but I will try to release stuff on time from now on. At the moment, I'm pencilling the cover for issue 4 and as a result of getting issue 3 out, the release date for the comic book script and art is pushed back to next week on Friday 16th July I'm afraid. I will release issue 3 of the script this time with the full version of the cover art this Friday on the 9th. In the meantime, here is a synopsis for my 4th issue of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#4

The Forthcoming part 4 of 4: Discovery

"After finally returning home, Henry Jackson visits his uncle, who adopted him since he was nine years old, but he learns the horrifying truth behind the Jackson family. We uncover the mystery of who he really is and how he became what he is today. Most of the questions so far will be answered here. If there is not anymore shock value, two very different indivduals who represent another, shadowy third party along with a very powerful government agent track Henry down to his uncle's front door. Who are they? What do they want? Does this relate to Brazil? Henry must learn the secret behind his origins and terrible past before he succumbs to defeat by all of these fearsome threats. The end of the first arc, "The Forthcoming" is here.

Enjoy it,

See yah,
