What's Happening Now?

Hope you liked the music, in my post last week on Youtube. I'm hoping to get the music video done soon. My exams have officially finished and all I have got at the moment is course work. I will be having another meeting sometime next week about certain papers I have to fill and other libel that I may need to be aware of. I have nearly finished colour notes that I intend to send to Kieron for colour and Rommel has nearly finished the pages and should be done by tomorrow or maybe on the weekend. When I receive the pages, I will post them on Facebook and Deviant Art. So far, I have sent Julio my script and layouts for issue 2 and he should be getting on with that soon. The search for animators for my trailer is in progress, I'm having a script reading by the end of May with two actors. The auditions for Maria Francisco and Uncle Phil Jackson are still going on plus the script is being worked on by my editor.

For Hardest to Survive, I plan to do test shoots during the bank holidays, I have to inform the Director of Photography and Film Editor soon. After this, shooting of the whole film will take place most likely in July-August. I'm not sure what is going on with The New Kid, Jstaarz, the director is trying to make agreements with the actor for the main role but I'm helping out with that. He may not be able to assist with my short film as he is busy sorting out his own projects. I will be sorting out the test shoots as well.

Good News with The Hardest to Survive!!!

I got some great news for The Hardest to Survive, I found two more parts in the main cast for the short film. Due to results in last weeks auditions in October 7th 2010, I finally came up with a few people who could fill in the rest of that group apart from the ones I have mentioned at least many weeks ago. I will reveal all of them and provide a mug shot of them on this blog after I release a teaser clip from the actual film. I have many options to consider those as extras and supporting characters, but I still have some more auditions to sort out. I had two meetings, the last one was on Tuesday where I spoke with my advisor with Mathu Ezee and Jstaarz on what direction I should take. I shot the clip on Saturday 9th October and my team will be editing the footage this Thursday. Hopefully it should be out by this week or next.

The web comic, Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#9 will be out this October 29th and issue #10 is going to be out sometime on November 5th 2010. That will be the end of the "A Blank Slate" story arc, I just finished the first draft of the script of #9, which is called Whisper. My tenth episode will be titled "The Pyrrhic Victory" and will end the second arc in a big way. Issue 8 "Blood and Bullets" has been released but I am sorry that I haven't finished the cover art for that issue yet. It should be up there by this Friday plus you can go and check all of my artwork on Deviant Art because I am starting to fill up my gallery with a lot of different stuff on there. You can go and see the link to it now on my site then I say I can get someone to post the cover art soon. There is another clip by Ja Ja Soze, a great artist in Grime that Mathu Ezee did for him, he sent me the link I'll post it this week.

The Experience

I hope that video has been a help to all of you, in order to see the video unfortunately you have to be a Facebook user. I apologise for that, when I was doing the shooting and editing this week I tried uploading it on this site, but I was unable to for some unknown reason. In future when editing and filming videos like this I will be more cautious of what I'm doing when I post. However, there is one thing I have to announce before I grant all of you this experience. Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#1 will be posted on Facebook and Deviant Art, just search it on your engine and it should come up. As of this Friday it will be shown on these sites but as of next week it will only be posted on here just follow the link here or just enter the web address. The reason is for privacy settings on Facebook, but anyway, this should not ruin your overall experience. Enjoy what you take from this and if you need anymore help or information about the promotion just send me a comment and I should get back to you.

New Announcement Video!!

Hey guys, on Sunday I posted a synopsis about the film The Hardest to Survive which is coming out this year. I said that I will post out a video on T-Shirts as promotions for this film and the comic book, Nemesis Dawn of a Legend, that I am releasing tommorow. Well here are the details on how to get involved. The video gives you a little feel of what we are doing, however, all information is down below that is not in the clip I have.

How to join?

1. On my blog just click "Follow" and keep being part of this blog I set up.

2. Support the projects that I am doing and comment.

3. Also spread out to as many friends or family that you know like this.

4. Send me only your email address and number (optional) to find out how to get T-shirts.

The first issue of the script for the comic will be posted on Facebook and Devaint Art as well as this site tommorow in the evening between 4-6pm.
