Update Video #2.

This is my second update video for all of my projects. Sorry for the lateness, it took awhile to process on Youtube, but it's right here. The Flyplann interview has been shot but is just being edited at the moment. I got some more news for you apart from what I'm about to tell you here. 4 months ago, I shot a documentary about independent artists and it is being edited right now, it is about how artists in the music industry struggle between signing a record deal or acting out on their own. That will come up here soon and is almost finished. In the video, I'm talking about what is going on between the Go Wonders Team with all the projects I mentioned, about Nemesis the Hunter's Mark#1 and both my EP, Rule's Broken and my mix-tape, Breakin' Da Rules. Don't be shy, take a look.

That's it for now later,

New Web Pilot.

Back with another update, this is the new online series produced by Ezee Media, about a spy-drama on MI5 agents suddenly going missing and it being tied with the Chinese government. Writer/Director/Producer, Matthew Easy, decided to do a Pilot rather than a full 5 episode run, there are no details on the actual title of the series as of yet but development is still ongoing. He said he's focusing on show running the pilot before continuing the entire series. I will help the Director with the Pilot after I have finished some next projects I got lined up for this year. Apparently, he wants to get it right first hand before he does the series, Writer's Block over the Frontier Entertainment network is nearing production and I will be helping out over there also. Killer Heels, the short film, at Seventh Wonder Films is now in post-production. Next week, I will be revealing a new treat for you, also.

Until next time,

Update Video.

Look out for the update video coming on March 25th about everything tied with the current projects the Go Wonders Team are doing including some of my work. Hardest to Survive is back on track, all I can reveal on that is there is still going to be test shoots for the film. More details on the short film will be talked about on my upcoming video and on my next Director's Cut Journal. Read the past few Director's Cuts to get up to date with the progress on that project. I will cover what is going on at the moment with Nemesis the Hunter's Mark comic, the animation trailer and Nemesis Dawn of a Legend books and other features around that as well. My target release date for both comics will be revealed in the update video.

For now, good bye.

A New Year.

It's a new year and a new dawn for some upcoming projects, I spoke to Matthew Ezee and he said that there will be 5 episodes of his spy drama each 10 minutes long, not 6 episodes. So there will be heart-dropping action and techno-savvy language in the vein of "Spooks". I won't spoil too much of the plot but I'll give you a brief summary, I read the first Pilot and it "absolutely blows you away". Set in London, it throws us in the world of espionage and sticky detail with the Chinese government as elaborate British MI5 Agents are mysteriously eliminated one by one by an unknown enemy. Primarily, I will be serving as Script Editor and Executive Producer of the project. I will be co-writing at least 3 episodes and doing a polish every now and then, but it is looking to be done well.

What I can't wait for is to jump back on pre-production for the Nemesis anime trailer, I am nearly finished doing my part in the new short film I told you about. As soon as that is clear, I will be finishing off what is left of the storyboards, which is 1/2 finished now. I am employing more artists to be tied in with this project, some have even worked for Marvel and DC Comics. In the meantime, for the comic, I have pitched to an independent publisher Time Bomb Comics and contacted a couple more such as Dark Horse and Image Comics. My website will be re-launched later this year, most likely during the summer. I have an announcement to make this coming week about the project and there will be more update videos around March. I should be done with Killer Heels a week from now.

Breakin' da Rules is alright, I finished recording a track called "My Sweetness" and when I have traveled to Atlanta, GA and Greenville, Virginia it had inspired me to write two songs for my EP, Rules Broken; one about Atlanta girls and another about fitting in with other people, both of which I am working on and I'm going to record a track I'd like to call "Bridges". I'm not sure about "We'll Be At the Top", a track I did with 4 Real and Bola, but there is one track I did with a few artists, Neeko, Assassin and Breezy called "My Life" and can't wait to collaborate with them on "All Night". I will be hitting more time at the studio, plus I will be doing freestyles every 2 months with the next one coming this February and hope to work with Blaze Barnation very soon. He dropped his mixtape Barnation World last year and he'll be spittin' on my mixtape. Also, check out American rapper Fly Plann as well.

Later on,

Hardest to Survive Entered in Film Festival.

I would like to inform all of you that Hardest to Survive, my Short Film, was entered in a Film Festival for DocScreen event at the Art Against Knives Boxpark in Shoreditch on the 22nd December 2011, and was fit in there by a show holder. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend my own screening but I am confident that it all went well. The clip that was shown was an extended clip, this is an extra scene that is separate from the actual film, which would of provided viewers a bit of knowledge on what actually happens during a vital point in the 30 minute short somewhere during the middle of the plot. I directed this scene with myself in a cameo role, I shot this with other filmmakers from Ezee Media and Frontier Entertainment. The scene was posted on Youtube earlier this year and on Facebook. You can view it on my account, found on my contacts page. I am aiming for production sometime in February-March 2012.

The New Kid Pilot.

Finally, The New Kid Pilot is here. You can watch the show here on my page and on Youtube, the clip maybe on Spiff TV as well. I Andre Farquharson star as the new kid, replacing Sean Marquis, the person initially intended to star as the lead role. Jerry Zemi stars as Killerman/Kellerman and Ryan Driscoll stars as one of the bullies, Alex. Written, directed and produced by Jstaarz, the show is about a new kid who is new to the block, executive produced by myself. So what are you waiting for? Check out the clip and let's read what you think.

Its over for now but for how long?

Future Adventures for Nemesis?!

Hope you enjoyed your holidays, people. I've just gone back to college and I got exams in about three weeks time, tiring. This won't really effect the schedule, but the release date for the first issue I will not put out until I have full confirmation. The New Kid has unfortunately been met with delays, but should start hopefully by May. I plan to shoot the next two clips for Hardest to Survive in about a week after my exam date but plans are being made for the full shooting of the 30 minute thriller. The departing of Richard O'keefe - the actor in for one of the leads - has greatly affected production but has been covered with a replacement. I will not tell you who is going to play Nate - one of five members of the cast - until after I release Nemesis the Hunter's Mark#1.

Aside from this, Rommel Fabian is replacing Julio Falkenhagen in pencilling duties in Nemesis Dawn of a Legend in the latter part of 2011. Joining him will be the letterer, Shawn Milazzo with the story, layouts and inks done by me as usual. I am not sure who is going to do the colours but it is very likely to be an unknown. I will reveal which company is publishing the comic book when issue 1 of the current series is printed. To be honest, I don't like to hype about sequels. I plan ahead but I say if you do not get the original right, why commit to another one after it. Take all the Spider-Man movies for example, they were real great right. Be honest, now tell me if you agree? But the first two were damn good Spider-Man 2 was even better. When it came to 3, it was huh?! Now they're doing a fourth but its a reboot The Amazing Spider-Man.

Now, I'm not saying 3 wasn't good but it overcomplicated things. I won't even start, but I want to say that I plan on maybe doing probably a web-comic series and features a British superhero. I will not say it yet until I'm sure.

New Kid on the Block.

Shooting of the first episode Pilot is about to begin on The New Kid, directed with a story by Jstaarz for Frontier Entertainment and executive produced by me. I am excited to be a part of this project and wish him luck in creating a pamphlet of a down to earth teenage and young adult drama. It's something I wanted to do ever since I left Pulp Theatre. I play a supporting character called Kellerman/Killerman, I went on to revise some of the scenes, but the director said it was not really necessary and kept it simple. The scene I am doing that I re-written in draft 2, is where you see me for the first time and of course our protagonist of the Pilot. I wanted to give more tension between my character plus the main character in their interactions, so it provided leeway for this guy that I play to be perhaps untrustworthy but it was dropped and can only do what the director says and can't really intrude on someone else's work. Sometimes your own flip side on things doesn't work, even though you believe your ideas are sound. Of course, I know what I would do but its not the vision a director may relieve so you have to lay low.

Well, that's it for today, I will reveal the actor who is playing The New Kid some other time and by then I should have stills of the Pilot and maybe an interview with the man himself. Stay tuned for more details about the show. By the end of this week, I have another post coming soon that I am talking about the process of upcoming comic book miniseries Nemesis the Hunter's Mark and maybe post up a teaser poster, synopsis for issue 2, a press release of interview, a little more thorough details of the small transition from Nemesis Dawn of a Legend and this new series and many more information. At the moment, I am pretty occupied with my other project with my own short film and got a meeting arranged to discuss the production of Hardest to Survive. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of Easter and the hot weather. Kbon Reviews has been on lock down for awhile but he will review the latest films and music very soon.

Actor to leave Survive short

Got a update for Hardest to Survive, had a meeting that day and the film is definitely going on track. The comic book miniseries is soaring into print as fast as you could fly a plane. However, unlike the publishing of the comic, the filmmaking process is a challenge. While minor or major things can go wrong during the idea, concept, writing, penciling and even the inking phases of a comic book/graphic novel which can easily be corrected (not including the inks) before it reaches onto the final stages that lead to printing and distribution on the shelves; anything can go wrong during production of a film from continuity to budgeting.

Well, unfortunately, actor Richard O'keefe, who was going to portray the character of Nate, decided to exit the short film of my crime thriller due to conflictions with his schedule. Both of us are truly sad that he had to leave and he wanted to continue being a part of this process, but obviously he's not able to be a part of it. I wish him good luck in whatever path he takes and goes far in the future. He was a good addition to the film crew and cast. Nate is one of the main characters in the film. Not to worry though, I've got a replacement to fill in the character of Nate.

I will reveal the actor who is playing Nate shortly after The New Kid is done, he will be in that Pilot episode of that project directed by Jstaarz. See if you could spot the person who is playing Nate. The script is being tailored for a shooting this weekend and one actor from my short film will be appearing in that episode. Watch out for The New Kid on Frontier, Youtube, Twitter and talks are being made for this to go on SBTV. Test shoots of Hardest to Survive hopefully should wrap up by the end of April or in the middle of May 2011 with a full week of shooting happening thereafter. My next post will be about The New Kid released this Easter.

Hardest to Survive extended clip

They say good things come to those who wait, its all I have to say for this column I have now. I just released the extended clip for Hardest to Survive on Youtube here on the 24th February and its looking good so far, I'm pleased with myself. Unfortunately, the shoot for the 3rd clip cannot be done because one of the actors had a fever and the other was not available so hopefully shooting can take place after 8th March for that. I expect to start the actual film very soon, I got a studio out there I need to see and prepare for Principal Photography coming soon and other things, which needs to be sorted like a schedule but it should be fine. My blog has been updated a little bit with one more picture added to the bios section and more links to my contacts page where you will be able to contact me. On it, is Hardest to Survive page and the Nemesis the Hunter's Mark page on Facebook, those are places where you can get extra piece of information from both projects. Not only that, but you can see videos, pictures or apps there as well. Also, there is a link to follow me on Twitter. Anyway, enough rambling let's see the video.

Thank you for watching,

Director's Cut: Hardest to Survive part 2.

Fans, this is what I have to say about the progress of Hardest to Survive, it is slowly but surely coming into fruition. Mathu Ezee has edited the clip 2 and we are about to start shooting clip 3 sooner than you think, I will post it on this blog but you can see it on the group page on Facebook if you are a user. Its going on Youtube as well, so there it is. I hope to start Principal Photography, hoprfully, in about a few weeks time. I have some extras for the film arranged, another thing I would want to announce is I want to thank everyone who visited this site and followed up till now. Everyone, I promise you that the film will be finished and ready for all to see.

Thank you,

Episodes delay & Hardest to Survive update!!!

Fans, it's been a really busy week this December. I have just finished a unit in my studies and I got a lot on my plate for English course work, I just don't get no break. I can't wait till Christmas, finally, anyway enough chat. I got some more sad news, episodes 11 and 12 are put off for another two weeks until I can get my act together in sorting out my covers but my computer is still getting fixed. Damn, so for now, just keep checking for the covers on past issues they should be available very soon. The scripts for those new issues are being re-written and I'm working on covers for them. Okay, now as with Hardest to Survive film, the clip will be shot. Again, sorry for the delay, it would have been done quicker if the people who are in charge of the editing room did not let us go. That will all change soon, Ezee Media and Frontier Entertainment is cutting ties with Artefacts Edutainment due to complications.

Well that's it for me, I'll be back with more blogs. Check out Kbon Reviews in the meantime he is doing film reviews for 'Buried' 'The Social Network' and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. I will be releasing artwork for my upcoming comic book series Nemesis the Hunter's Mark, which includes character sketches, previews and concept art by different graphic artists' such as myself, Julio Fulkenhagen and Dean Richards soon. A teaser page of this will be out by the last issue of this web comic series. Get ready for the big hunt of a life time.

New Covers and Breaking Story!!!

Above are two covers for Nemesis Dawn of a Legend #1 and #2, on the top shows The Nemesis seen for the first time and the bottom is Henry in an Afro escaping in the wilderness of the Amazon rainforest in Brazil. I have great news for you people who still are looking forward to my short film that is coming out, The Hardest to Survive, today I am having a meeting with some advisors to book more auditions very soon. Not only that, but test shoots begin this October 9th next week Saturday. This will be a teaser and the video clip will not only show two of the best actors who are portraying Nate and Remo, but it will be shot at the same location where producers filmed the last episode of The Bill. Richard Okeffe and Nicky Marshall will play Nate and Remo respectively. Just before I crack on, I have a synopsis for the eighth issue of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend below.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#8

A Blank Slate part 4 of 6: Blood and Bullets.

"On a mission to find out his true destiny through an unrevealed totem, Henry Jackson continues his training with his master, Jung Kwan, only to unwittingly give up on his duties and go on a quiet killing spree. During a crazy act of justice on the scum of New York, he finds himself chased by the authorities. If that is not enough he meets a questionable ally who has dangerous connections to the very pests who got his father on the wrong side of the law. With the police getting close on his heels, caught right in the middle of a supermarket, Henry must decide whether to go along with this stranger and escape or just act on his own will. Who is this person and can he really trust him? Is Henry at all safe with the company this guy keeps? Does this guy have some agenda under his bandanna or what? A Blank Slate saga rages on with part 4"

Hope you all loved issue 7, as you know, issue 8 will be posted on Friday's as usual. Speaking of that day Smallville the new season has just hit the USA. The first episode was sweet, those people really pulled their weight with the whole Clark nearly becoming Superman, the Boy Scout we all know. I remember starting to watch it when it first came out. I was about eight, good times. You will enjoy the next couple of issues to come, I haven't started writing the next issues after 8 yet but in the next couple issues after this, you will be surprised at the result during the conclusion of this second arc. Beware of this one for those who don't want to know what is to come. SPOILER ALERT!!! Issue 9 will see Henry on the hunt for one of the assassins and is hot on the trail while Issue 10 introduces a main villian of this story, which springs into a major battle royal and there will be blood.

Later everyone,

Coming Next Week!!!

First day back was a drag, but it is alright. I hope my studies get better, anyway, I didn't come here to talk about my studies. I came here to let you know I have a brief run down on what's going to happen on Nemesis Dawn of a Legend issue 7 part 3 of "A Blank Slate". Now, by rights I should be studying but I thought I'd let you in for a treat before I get back to my work. Next Friday is when the issue comes out along with issue 8 the week after that. At the moment, the script is being sorted out and I haven't done sketches for the cover art yet cause I got issue 1 and 2 done as thumbnails and not finishes. I'll give you a deal, I will finish off the pencils for the first two covers and ink them by this weekend and post them just before issue 8 comes. That way, you don't have to wait long and I can get on with what is important, namely, my studies. Here is the summary below.

Nemesis Dawn of a Legend#7

A Blank Slate part 3 of 6: The Yin and Yang.

"Shooting a police officer during a bank heist, Henry Jackson gets even more deeper into his father's world of murder and deception. Meanwhile, as his mind gets clouded with lack of judgement, he seeks guidance from a Korean martial artist in China Town. Jung Kwan invites him inside the sanctuary and trains him in both Karate and Kendo, using the swordsman teachings and stratagem from Miyamoto Musashi as his Bible. It seems Henry must apply some of his own techniques from wartime's and learn the arts plus all five elements of water, air, earth, fire and void in order to earn his totem. Can Henry use this process to calm the beast inside him? Will he be ready? What does this symbol mean for the rest of his whole life? The Third part of "A Blank Slate" shakes the balance."

I have sent Jstaarz storyboards for the flash animation, so he should be working on them probably this weekend. I am sending him pictures for that also. That will be on the Bios page, I'm going to add more sketches on that section. In fact, I got three more pictures to sort out, but the two I have done should be uploaded on their sometime this weekend. I got a lot of work to do, so I best get to it and back on my studies. Also, I forgot to mention Kbon at his site is going to review Prototype the game definitely next week and the film Inception some time in October. Check out the website on the page Links and click on http://www.kbonreviews.blogspot.com/.

Peace,

Brand New Term!!!

Hey peeps,

I'm here again to present to you all recent news that have come up, as you can see I have put up another new film poster for The Hardest to Survive film. This, however, is just a preview and is not the final product. Auditions will be on the 15th September 2010 and this marks a third session as of this year. We are still looking for three more leading roles, side characters and extras. I will list them at the end of this page. The promotion for that is slowly but surely coming along.

Anyway, I hope you all liked Brice's music video. The crew including myself have put some work into this. Releasing next week is two covers for Nemesis Dawn of a Legend #1 and #2 plus a flash animation by J Staarz based on my design on the Bios page. There will also be some more pictures on that section pretty soon, I just did some artwork for them last week, but I got two pictures more as well. Since I just started back at college, it may keep me back, I will try to get them out early enough. Also, the synopsis for #7 will be posted sometime then.

Otherwise, here are the lists of characters for The Hardest to Survive available:

Leading roles:

Trey - (16 years old) Black Carribean. A student and ex-gang member who goes striaght, he is an old friend of Remo.

Shanna - (17 years old) Black Carribean, First cousin to Remo, she is Trey's love interest and relative by proxy to Malachi.

Malachi - (17 years age) A notorious gang member involved with the Rago posse who usually justifies the ends from the means.

Side Characters:

Raheem - A basketball player, he is friends with both Nate and Remo.

Shawn - He is the older brother of Raheem who ends up being the victim.

Lee - Gang member of Rago posse and Malachi's right hand man.

Anish - Asian (14 years age), the boisterous and rowdiest member of the Rago posse, he is a drug dealer.

Deveran - A mysterious (19 years age) Columbian assassin best at what he does.

That's really it for now, thank you for reading and I hope all of you out there have had a great summer. I can't believe it ended so quickly.

Episode Six: Criminal Minds.

Hey fans,

This is me again to present some more web stories of Nemesis Dawn of a Legend in this latest sixth issue. Last issue on the "A Blank Slate" saga, Henry Jackson found himself attacked by forces who are strangely after him. If you were listening carefully about two issues back you would have been given hints as to what for. Well apparently, his father has been mixed up in a large mess in his assassin days and he may have paid the price. Now they have come to claim his son, but what for? And why did I draw out a guy in a Kevlar suit with a gun on the front cover? Well just have a read on the link below and you may find out. I will post some more cover art for issue 1 and 2 as well but I am busy with a lot of other stuff in the meantime. I should have the two covers done by either next week or the week after. It depends on my schedule as I can be a very busy man, but I promise I will get them done for you lot soon enough. On the weekend or Monday I may post up a video that the rest of the Go Wonders! team are doing so I can give you a little treat with that.

Anyway, I'm off.

See you later,
